Every Signly Player has a 1-year limited warranty. Contact our support team first, since many issues can be fixed remotely. If the unit needs replacing, return it to us and we will send a replacement within 2–3 days of receiving it. You cover the cost of returning the faulty unit; we cover delivery of the replacement.
How do I pay?
For now, our team will send you the payment details when you choose a plan. Online payment is coming soon.
Do I pay extra for support?
No. Maintenance support is included in every plan. Business plans also include same-day on-site response and a quarterly on-site check.
Can I add more screens later?
